Returns & Refund Policy

All items sold by Kreations By Keli are handmade and made to order.
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing or selection by the buyer
  • Buyer preference

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will be issued only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or
  • There is an error with the order due to a mistake on our part

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Order Processing & Timeframes

Orders are processed after full payment is received.

Most orders are completed within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon in advance.
Custom, bulk, or specialty orders may require additional processing time.

Estimated completion or ship dates will be communicated once your order is confirmed.

Rush Orders

Orders requested in less than 5 business days are considered rush orders and may incur:

  • A 10% rush fee
  • Additional rush shipping costs, if applicable

Rush availability is not guaranteed and must be approved before placing the order.

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup may be available for select orders.

  • Pickup availability is determined on a case-by-case basis
  • Pickup location is in Claymont, Delaware
  • Pickup must be scheduled and confirmed in advance
  • Orders not picked up within the agreed timeframe may be subject to cancellation without refund.

Not all products qualify for local pickup. Please contact us to discuss.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full before work begins.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Zelle (484-904-7472)
  • PayPal (paypal.me/kreationsbykeli)
  • Venmo (@kreationsbykeli)
  • Cash App ($kreationsbykeli)
  • Personal checks are not accepted.
  • Corporate checks must be made payable to Kreations By Keli.
    Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
