Payment Policy 

Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed and before work begins on your order. For all orders NOT placed on this website, Kreations By Keli will invoice you through PayPal to the email address supplied within 24 hours of an order being placed. Once payment is received, Kreations By Keli will begin work on your order!

Kreations By Keli accepts credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and cash only. We do not accept personal checks. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Returns & Exchange Policy
Because our items are custom made, we DO NOT accept returns unless we made a mistake like misspelled names, wrong sizes, or if the item presents any damage clearly caused by us. In this case please send us a picture where we can see the mistake and we’ll be happy to replace it.

Please keep in mind that computer monitor colors may vary, creating slightly variations between the image colors and the actual colors. We do not exchange or provide refunds due to color variations. 

Timeframe Policy
Kreations By Keli strives to complete all orders within 5-7 business days once payment is made in full unless otherwise agreed upon. We take pride and time in completed custom orders exactly how you want it-so please understand that custom and bulk orders may require a slightly longer turnaround time. We will provide an ETA for your order, once payment has been confirmed.

Rush Order Policy
Any order requested to be completed and delivered in less than 5 business day is considered a “rush order”. A 10% rush order fee, based on the purchase price, will be added to all rush orders. The customer is financially responsible for all rush shipping fees as well. This includes (if applicable) rush shipping fee charged, by our wholesale suppliers, to get your items to me to customize.

Pickup Policy (This policy is subject to change at any time)
Kreations By Keli sometimes allows for local customers to pickup their orders, dependent upon our availability. Pickup times are scheduled with each individual client separately. You be offered this option when we contact you before finalizing your order, and we will work out a date and time that is convenient for both of us. The pickup location is usually in Claymont, DE. Pickups are not available for every order placed.
